What is Chainrel?
Chainrel is a blockchain event integration platform that bridges the gap between blockchain networks and your backend services. It allows you to seamlessly monitor and integrate blockchain events into your applications, enhancing the functionality and real-time data processing of your projects.
2. What blockchain networks does Chainrel support?
Chainrel currently supports Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche-C, and BNB Smart Chain, along with various test networks. We are actively working to expand our supported networks to provide you with more options.
3. How do I configure notifications in Chainrel?
You can configure notifications in Chainrel by setting up webhooks to receive notifications through different channels, including backend URLs, Slack, Discord, Telegram (coming soon), and Zapier (coming soon). 4. Can I customize the events I want to monitor?
Yes, Chainrel allows you to monitor specific events by providing a verified contract address, an ABI file, or choosing from predefined event types such as ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155.
5. What are the limitations of the free Starter Plan?
The Starter Plan offers 500 notifications per month, one webhook, the ability to track three different events per webhook, and three contract addresses per webhook.
6. How does Chainrel handle missed notifications?
Chainrel's notification system is designed to deliver notifications reliably. If a notification fails to reach the intended recipient, it is marked as a failed delivery, and Chainrel makes repeated attempts to resend it. However, factors like system glitches or issues with blockchain RPC nodes can cause delays.
7. What are the benefits of the Growth Plan?
The Growth Plan offers higher monthly notification limits, additional webhooks, more event tracking options, the ability to listen to all contracts, support for a team of up to 20 members, and the option to purchase extra notification credits.
